1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of InvoiceFlow Pro (the “Service”), an online invoicing application provided by InvoiceFlow Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record
All purchases of subscriptions to InvoiceFlow Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates, who act as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, refunds, fraud prevention and customer support for payment-related queries. Their terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, free trial & billing
Subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method the plan price (Weekly $20.99, Monthly $49.99, or Yearly $399.99 USD) and to renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive invoicing.
- Send chargeback bait, fake invoices, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or violate anti-money-laundering rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including templates, software and branding, is owned by InvoiceFlow Pro and licensed to you for your business use only. You retain all rights to the content (logos, business details, line items) you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or risk to other users or the Service. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
