Refund Policy

3-day free trial
Every InvoiceFlow Pro plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
30-day refund window
If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge by emailing support@invoiceflow.pro with the email address on your account.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What is not eligible
- Charges older than 30 days.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms (e.g. fraud, abuse).
- Renewals after a previous refund has been granted on the same account.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
